Kingsley the name originates from an old english name – Cynesige
Cyne meaning “royal” and Sige meaning “victory”
This is where “Victorious Living” originated.
To use CrossFit as a manner of living healthy, overcoming obstacles and in the end being victorious, be it in a workout or in life generally.

A functional fitness class using constantly varied, high-intensity and functional movements to build strength & conditioning.
Consist of mono structural movements like running, rowing etc. and light to zero weight-bearing functional movements.
Heart-pumping, strength conditioning & aerobic workout. Full body training at high-intensity.
All our workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads over the longest distance, so they are ideal for maximising the amount of work done in the shortest time.
Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time—or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity that leads to dramatic gains jn fitness.
We offer a FREE intro class where we discuss goals and expectations, as well as explaining what the CrossFit method entails. We will start by helping you master a few fundamental movements before you jump into a full scale CrossFit workout.
